Pea Hummus

Hummus makes for a fabulous snack, but doesn't always look so....well, pretty.  We have changed that!  This pea hummus sneaks in some fresh greens that brighten up any plate, and it's delicious too.  Snack on!

  Ingredients: 1 Can Chickpeas                            2 C Peas (frozen)                           1/4 C Tahini                     1/4 C + 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice                        1/2 C Zucchini                  1/4 C Fresh Basil Garlic clove                      Salt and Pepper to Taste   Directions: Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor.  Blend until smooth.
