Ingredients: 2 C cooked quinoa 1 can black beans 1 medium red pepper 1 mango 1 avocado 1/4-1/2 C chopped cilantro juice from 2 limes Directions: Dice pepper, mango and avocado Gently combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and serve chilled
