Vegan Fruit Dip

This vegan fruit dip is the perfect side kick to any fruit salad.  Pair with your favorite flavors of the season for a real crowd pleaser! 

                                                                          Ingredients:                                                                 3/4 C soaked cashews (1/2 C raw)                                                                                   5ish oz container of unsweetened non-dairy yogurt                                                                                 cream from 1 can of coconut milk                                                                      3 dates                                                                         1 tsp vanilla                                                                               1-2 tbsp water                   Directions: Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth Keep refrigerated
