Fresh Baked Doughnuts

Fresh Baked Doughnuts

Who doesn’t love a good doughnut???  This recipe is easy enough to bake up a fresh batch at home, and they just so happen to be Vegan, Gluten Free and Paleo Friendly.  All the flavor without any of the guilt 🙂

Ingredients:

2 TSP Baking Powder

½ TSP Salt

½ Cup Tapioca Starch

¼ Cup Coconut Flour

1 ¾ Cup Blanched Almond Flour

¾ TSP Fresh Lemon Juice

½ Cup maple Syrup

2 TSP Vanilla

2 TBSP Aquafaba

½ Cup + 2 TBSP Apple Sauce

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix all dry ingredients together

In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients together

Combine both wet and dry ingredients

Pour mixture unto doughnuts pans and bake for about 25 minutes

Let cool on a wire rack

Frost and decorate with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
