Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats:

 

Mornings can be chaotic, making breakfast an afterthought or even not a thing.  Cue overnight oats!!!  Simple enough to prepare ahead for a grab and go breakfast everyone can enjoy.  It’s as simple as starting with a base of oats, and customizing ingredients from there.  Check out some of our suggestions and pairing below:

 

Mason Jars

Rolled Oats

Almond Milk or Coconut Milk

Almond Butter

In mason jars, add your desired amount of rolled oats and cover with almond or coconut milk, followed with a tablespoon of almond butter.

Cover with mason jar lid, shake and refrigerate over night

Add favorite toppings.

Enjoy!
